These dishes are traditional favorites but reworked with trendy spices and seasonings and the cost is RETRO too!  Remember the delicious and timeless Beef Stroganoff, Lobster Newburg or Chicken Pot Pie topped with Medallions of Puff Pastry?  

It takes a special skill set to prepare, transport and present a full course dinner menu on-location and experience in this field is very important. Venue research and selection is also part of our all encompassing service, if needed.  We take you through booking your perfect location to menu selection, chef consultation, and an individualized, complimentary tasting.  Once our services have been contracted, we continue to perform above your expectations by supplying virtually all your table top needs, free of charge…your rental costs will plummet AND our staff of seasoned serving professionals are trained to see to your every whim!   We are proud to accomplish all of this without tacking on unnecessary fees or up-charges. We provide delivery, set-up and breakdown, cake cutting, wine/champagne corking with no added operational or administrative costs.
