These wonderful entrees have been updated from a long list of traditional selections we have made over the years. We have found that when made with streamlined protein servings – guest are thrilled with a number of choices of creative hearty dishes, including a starch, than with individual servings of chicken or beef and sides. Choose any one of these entrees (most with a starch included), add a salad and we provide the rolls and butter…you are good to go and won’t feel the pinch of today’s rising market prices! Creamed Dried Beef avec Croissant a favorite of the 1950’s…salty dried beef shards are presented in a rich béchamel sauce with the added touch of today’s herbs and spices. Served atop large buttery croissants
Traditional Pot Roast beef bottom round rubbed w/Herbs de Provence seared then roasted for hours w/Baby New Potatoes and Carrots served in a rich brown gravy
Beef Pepper Steak & Caramelized Onions tender beef sirloin tips sautéed with sweet onions, green, red and yellow peppers over rice for a colorful and filling dish
Beef Strip Steak Chili Con Carne over Orzo an old-fashioned combination of tomatoes, kidney beans and thinly sliced strip steak combined with just enough chiles to kick it up a notch! Served over a fluffy and tender Orzo for fun
Hunters Shepherds Pie fresh off the cob corn niblets, seasoned ground venison in its own gravy and buttery whipped potatoes are layered and topped with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon for a hearty and delicious treat.
Grandma’s Stuffed Peppers red, green and yellow peppers make for a festive looking dish. Peppers are opened, seeded and stuffed with specially seasoned ground beef and pork slowly simmered with rice in a hearty and slightly sweet tomato based sauce.
Stuffed Cabbage Wraps tender cabbage leaves are wrapped around the same great beef and pork filling as above. Cabbage ‘rolls’ are then slow simmered and baked in a tangy tomato sauce.
Rosemary Pork Shoulder w/Peach or Savory Stuffing and Gravy tender melt-in-your-mouth Roasted Pork Shoulder is pulled into bite size pieces and folded into our Signature Peach Dressing or a Savory holiday version and served with a rich brown gravy.
Sweet and Sour Pork everyone’s oriental favorite of deep fried pork ‘nuggets’, chunks of pineapple and peppers floating in a sweet Oriental sweet ‘n sour sauce poured over authentic fried rice loaded with scrambled eggs, onion, scallions, peas and water chestnuts.

Peasant Coq au Vin w/Mushrooms our own version with whole pieces of dark meat chicken (legs and thighs bone-in) seasoned and roasted in a wine and mushroom sauce w/baby new potato halves and sprigs of rosemary creating a French country experience.
